Baking is all done in house by Julien Vial and his team to bring you fresh croissants, bread, cakes, desserts and savouries. A wide selection of drinks from ethically produced coffee to Irish brewed craft beers. All Our Beef and Lamb is, of course, Irish and is supplied by Clarkes Butchers, Wine Street, Sligo and Sheerins of Ballymote.
Fruit, Vegetables and Herbs -We receive deliveries almost daily from local suppliers Eden Plants, Crimlin Farm and Lissadell. Seafood from Sligo and Donegal Bay.
Our Fish Supplier is Gerry Blaine who also sells at local farmers markets. Shellfish is from Sligo - Lissadell Clams, Mussels and Oysters. Lobster, periwinkles and other fruits of the sea are from Templeboy.
Tapas are available from 5pm as is a menu created from locally sourced ingredients: Seafood from Sligo and Donegal Bays; Meats, Eggs, Fruit, Herbs and Vegetables from local farms – even locally foraged mushrooms and fruit.
