Our Suppliers:

Fruit, Vegetables and Herbs - During the growing season we receive deliveries almost daily from local suppliers Eden  Plants, Crimlin Farm and Lissadell Gardens.

Our Fish Supplier is Gerry Blaine who also sells at local farmers markets. Of course our shellfish is from Sligo - Lissadell Clams, Mussels and Oysters. Lobster, periwinkles and other fruits of the sea are from Templeboy in West Sligo

Our Ducks come from Thornhill County Cavan.   Our Duck confit is famous and always on our menu!

All Our Beef and Lamb is, of course, Irish and is supplied by Clarkes Butchers, Wine Street, Sligo and Sheerins of Ballymote.

Baking is all done in house (during the night) by Julien Vial and his team  to bring you fresh croissants, bread, cakes, desserts and savouries  -to eat in or to take away for later!

Our pasta is made in Co. Sligo by Noodle House Pasta – and as well as menu items we can offer gluten free pasta!

We use organic eggs from Bluebell Farm, Co Leitrim for our brunch specials and free range eggs from Ballisadare Farm for all our baking.

We are always on the lookout for new suppliers of local fresh and preserved produce.
